Standard Conveyancing Services

Our standard conveyancing services cater to both purchasers and sellers, offering competitive pricing and comprehensive support throughout the conveyancing process.

  • Fee Structure: We provide a standard conveyance fee of $1,100 (incl. GST) plus disbursements.
  • Additional Costs: Variations in the conveyancing process may incur extra charges. Factors include rural properties, water transfers, lender involvement, owner’s corporation matters, identity verification, release of deposit (section 27), settlement date changes, early occupation under a licence agreement, and other in-house services as necessary.

Contract Review Service

We offer professional contract review services to ensure clarity and mitigate risks before proceeding with property transactions.

  • Standard Contract Review: Available at $110.00 (incl. GST) per contract. If your offer is accepted and the property settles, this fee is deducted from the final professional fees.
  • Off the Plan Contracts: Off the Plan contracts, which can involve land and/or construction, require a more detailed review and are priced at $330.00 (incl. GST) per contract. Payment is required before the review and is non-deductible from professional fees due to the complexity involved.

Family Property Transfers

We specialize in facilitating property transfers involving family members, spouses, companies, super funds, or deceased estates. Whether it’s through sale, gift, or Court Orders, our conveyancing practitioners handle all necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with stamp duty requirements, promptly lodging documents as required.

Key Features:

  • Simplified Process: Unlike standard conveyances, property transfers typically do not require a vendor statement or contract of sale, resulting in lower costs.
  • Cost-effective Service: Our property transfer service starts from $770.00 (incl. GST). Additional costs may apply depending on specific requirements.

Identity Verification in Conveyancing

In compliance with legal requirements, all parties involved in a conveyancing transaction must undergo identity verification. Only licensed conveyancers and lawyers have the authority to electronically sign Land Title documents. This measure ensures transparency and accountability in all land dealings, safeguarding the interests of both land owners and buyers.

Key Points:

  • Legal Compliance: Electronic signing by licensed professionals ensures that all land dealings are traceable and participants are accountable for their actions.
  • Protection Against Fraud: Identity verification is crucial to verify the identities of individuals involved in transactions, mitigating the risk of fraud or unauthorized use of property titles.
  • Validity Period: Once verified, the identity check remains valid for a period of 2 years, streamlining future transactions.

Ensuring accurate and secure conveyancing processes is our priority. Contact us to learn more about our conveyancing services and how we ensure compliance and security throughout your transaction.

What is PEXA?

PEXA, short for “Property Exchange Australia,” revolutionizes the way land transactions are conducted by providing a digital workspace for all involved parties.

Key Features:

  • Digital Efficiency: All documents are signed electronically, and funds are exchanged securely on the PEXA platform.
  • Convenience: Participants no longer need to physically attend settlements, making the process faster and more convenient.
  • Enhanced Security: Digital transactions reduce the risk associated with paper titles and the complexities of bank cheque alterations.

We embrace a modern approach to property exchanges for a smoother and more efficient process.
